Area of Instruction: Electrical engineering technologies.
Specific Skills: Prepare teaching materials and outlines for courses. Prepare, administer and mark tests and papers to evaluate students’ progress. Advise students on program curricula and career decisions. Conduct course and program evaluation and review. Deliver lectures and presentations. Lead discussion groups and seminars. Practical experience related to area of instruction.
Completion of College or University.
Working with others; Problem solving; Decision making; Critical thinking; Computer use.
Perform administrative tasks and marketing research. Use computer hardware and software, audio-visual equipment, prepare reports.
at least five years of related experience in the college/technical school. Experience of work in the municipal services as an electrical engineer/technician is an asset.
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English. Speaking additional languages (Russian) is an asset.
Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.): Additional training in trade training courses instruction is an asset. Certificate and permission to conduct trade training courses is an asset.
Ability to Supervise: 1- 20 people

Salary: $25.00 hourly for 37.5 hours per week.
