Position: Clerk II – Payroll Clerk
Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
Department: Administration
Location: Grande Prairie


  • Accurate & efficiently processing timesheets
  • Transmission of Payroll
  • Setting Up/Terminating Employees
  • Setting up Benefits
  • Cash office duties, as required
  • Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
  • Other duties, as assigned

Hours of Operation:

  • 8 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday (some Saturdays will be required)


  • Previous accounting experience or a minimum of 2 years business administration required.

Office Manager
