Are you experienced as a Collections Clerk within the legal community? Our amazing client in North York is looking for you.
As a Collections Clerk, you will use your skills and expertise to evaluate account receivables, reconcile accounts, produce aging reports, assist with payment plans, collect on overdue accounts and interact with clients and lawyers alike, and complete other tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
3+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably within a legal setting
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy with the ability to follow through on assigned accounts
Strong experience with Microsoft Suite; especially Excel skills are a must in this role to convert text files, pivot tables and lookups.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Independent thinker, quick learner, friendly, outgoing and personable
3 weeks’ vacation
Fulltime Permanent Role – Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5 p.m. (flexible)
