Located downtown Toronto, our client is seeking a perfectly Bilingual Executive Assistant to join their organization. The ideal candidate must have minimum of 5 years of direct administrative support to an Executive.


  • Monitor and manage calendar, meetings and travel accommodations for VP
  • Responsible for all correspondence, draft and proofread documents
  • Process reports, spreadsheets, presentations or graphs, ensure accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist in meetings, take notes and follow up on action items
  • Respond to inquiries, requests or forward to appropriate staff
  • Review and prepare expense reports


  • Minimum 5 years experience within an Executive Assistant capacity
  • Fluent in English and French (advanced written)
  • Completed post secondary education
  • Discreet, professional and strong communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office experience
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
