Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Part Time

Our client is a world renown service provider located in Mississauga and are seeking a dynamic, motivated and experienced Customer Service Rep to join their team. This position is part time and with rotating or flexible hours. Conveniently located near a public transport stop as well as a Go bus.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming inquiries from internal and external calls and emails
  • Ensure proper protocol and procedures are followed in order to determine best call ticket resolution
  • Coordinate schedules for clients appointments, relay information to necessary colleagues
  • Escalate any unresolved issues with high professionalism
  • Provide information for any new clients with inquiries
  • Ensure customers account information is up to date

Qualifications

  • Must have post secondary degree/diploma
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably call centre or dispatch
  • Must be flexible in work hours, this is a 24/7 environment. Many options for work hours within this role
  • Team player attitude and works well for the greater good of the team
  • Promotes a dynamic work environment, be the best while being at your best
  • Bilingual in English and French
