MISSION OF THE JOB:
Building a demand forecast by SKU (in Short, medium and long term) based on sales history and including the effect of the Sales and Marketing action plan, in accordance with Company policy. Ensuring the interface between the various areas and departments in order to ensure improved customer service and minimize costs. Actively contributing to an integrated process of the Supply Chain.
Generate periodic predictions based on cleaned historical information, using integrated information systems and applying statistical models to the behavior of each SKU in order to ensure the level of detail needed for decision making.
Maintain updated activity overview (promotions, marketing plans and launching new products), properly timed and quantified from inputs shared with Boutiques, Trade, Marketing, B2B and Club.
Ensure the level of detail needed for decision making on these issues and maintain an accurate picture in the system – IML, Nefor etc.
Check the Forecast Consistency with the objectives of the Company (translated in OP), and consolidate information at the level of aggregation and time horizon necessary to ensure adequate information to their users.
Lead the Monthly Business Planning process (MBP) in the market/region. Leverage efficient planning (and related processes) to ensure availability of goods and services as a key competitive advantage and to achieve operational targets.
Measure, report and share a periodic indicator of sales forecast (Forecast Accuracy) and demand accuracy, to ensure the trigger corrective actions towards continuous improvement of performance;
Detect and propose opportunities for improvement, particularly as regards procedures for Planning demand and related information systems support in order to contribute to the maximization of the area.

Implementation and monitoring of the MBP – Monthly Business Planning Process
- University Degree or equivalent with specialization in Supply Chain/Logistics
- Experience of having worked in a similar capacity with an International Company would be an advantage (logistics, distribution, procurement, IMSP). At least 3-4 years
- Use of Information Systems and Information Technology
- Planning, Organizing and Controlling of budgets and resources and targets

- Autonomous/independent with the abilities to implement Company policies and guidelines

Language skills: perfectly bilingual in English and French (verbal and written)
The job will require occasional international travel (1-2 times per year)
