We value employee feedback! In 2017 we conducted an anonymous Employee Workplace Survey. We were thrilled to see an 85% participation rate on the survey. We asked a wide variety of questions related to the workplace culture, pay, benefits, management and supervision, and workplace practices. 85% of respondents told us they enjoy their job at Factors and they are happy to come to work each day. In this same survey we received valuable feedback and were able to implement a number of positive changes as a result. We have suggestion boxes at our various locations and receive regular feedback from employees. These are reviewed on a regular basis and many changes have been implemented as a result.
We understand that not everyone will be happy or have all their employment needs met at Factors Group, however we are proud to say we have a core group of loyal long term staff as well as dynamic new hires joining our team.
