Our client a large, dynamic, global consumer hard goods client, located in Mississauga, has engaged us in a search for a BILINGUAL INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE.
We are looking for someone that has experience dealing with outbound sales, with EXISITING accounts. Someone who would be responsible for creating a daily/weekly/monthly call schedule with the clients, in order to discuss and "sell", pricing opportunities, promotions, monthly deals and incentives, etc. It's an ongoing "up-sell" kind of role, so product knowledge and exceptional relationship building is a must. I also need this person to have a University Degree
Because this role is a junior role, which will eventually lead to an Outside Sales career, I am looking for no more than 2 years of experience and the desire to want to grow within the organization,long term.
You must be able to speak fluent French to customers in the Quebec and Maritime Markets
The role pays a salary of 50K + a bonus of 5% + benefits + pension + match savings plan + 3 weeks’ vacation + 2 floater days.
