Pros: a reasonable pension plan.
Cons: long hours, no recognition, no DM support when you really need it.
A backward organization/ company where there are far too many long term entitled DM's, AVP's, & RVP's. The USA head office has no idea what happens in Canada, so when they arrive it's "all for show factor"....lots of favoritism and nepotism among the ranks.
Smart, strong DM's either quit or are forced to leave, leaving the branches with second string DM's who are "the chosen lifers".
Long days, no breaks, collection calls are a MUST or you are berated, a hostile working environment where the BM is just a title not a real function.
