Receive inbound calls from customers/prospective customers
Answer customer questions, as well as question customers to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
Document customer inquiries accurately using Sugar CRM.
Monitor inbound Leads and Calls so call returns/replies are completed in a timely fashion.
Follow-up with customer emails or calls within a 24-hour period in regards to the initial customer contact. Even if it is to just touch base and let participant know inquiry is still be researched.
Follow-up on past quotes to determine if Customer needs additional information/detail to make buy decision from NES
Maintain thorough knowledge of products
Provide quality customer service on every call.

Fluent in French and English
Minimum of 3 years previous Customer Service/Inside Sales experience

Excellent Typing Skills
Good computer PC & Internet search skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Excellent written communication and documentations skills
Maintain basic knowledge of Products
