We are looking for a part-time Assistant in our team.
This is a part-time position, with potential to work into a full-time job position.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the members of the team and assists Investment Advisors with all administrative tasks related to managing client accounts.
The Assistant is responsible for maintaining confidential client information, typing, editing, and printing reports and managing several other tasks.

College diploma in administration or office technology with 2-3 years of experience.
Applicant must be proficient in both Windows and Microsoft Office and must be prepared to learn a new computer application.
Flexible, adaptable, must be able to work under pressure and able to prioritize work flows.
Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, show initiative and exemplify a positive attitude.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
