SUMMARY To manage sales of Napier’s products selling directly to clients (B2B) throughout North America. Ensure consistent, profitable growth through account generation/retention, planning and developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Account Management
Establish business & personal relationships with buyers by becoming a trusted and valued business partner who can provide insight, guidance and support
Understanding the client’s business in order to develop strategies to fit there specific needs in order to generate revenue
Establish short and long term sales goals for all accounts including developing sales projections and inventory forecasts
Develop sales and marketing strategies per client to promote Napier’s products within the clients retail channels
Continuously provide all necessary product information
Development new product launches at the retail level
Business Development
Analyze sales territories and develop plans to penetrate low or new areas
Recruit new clients
Cold call prospective dealers
Prepare prospect proposals and presentations
Negotiate terms and agreements
Sales & Marketing
Develop, implement and execute successful sales plan for all markets on a global basis
Identify opportunities and develop strategies and plans to improve short and long term sales.
Participate in the development of marketing plans and strategies to market to consumers
Achieving and exceeding monthly and yearly sales targets
Develop cross-promotion campaigns with associated companies
Identify new product opportunities and understand competitors position within the market
Qualifications:
5+ years of corporate sales experience
Demonstrate success in sale with a proven track record in growing revenue
University Degree/College Diploma in Business, sales or marketing
Results/goal oriented (drive to succeed)
Self-motivated with an enthusiastic attitude, strong organizational skills & able to work with minimum supervision
