In this position you will be connecting directly with executives who have been transferred to other provinces, cities or countries by their employers.
You will be responsible for:
Advising transferee of their company policy on moves
Connecting with 3rd party services to arrange for household goods to be moved
Connecting with real estate agents
Finding temporary accommodation for the transferee and his/her family
Locating schools for children
Reviewing the transferees' expense reports
My client is looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years in a customer service position where client satisfaction is key to the success of the company
You must be fully bilingual in French and English and been extremely customer focused and enjoy helping others. You want to ensure each move is as smooth as possible
