Nalco is a great company but unfortunately there are too many managers but no management in Fort McMurray and by the time the customer needs Nalco the most, Area and District Managers are too busy playing Curling, watching movies on their Ipads or which is even worse, sleeping inside the offices provided to them by the customer or telling employees under their supervision they are not "engaged" or you misunderstood everything due your communication issues. For these managers, being not engaged means not following their orders although this means doing a huge one time sale and putting on jeopardy the account in the future losing the customer's loyalty. After this, Managers will blame employees under supervision washing their hands for any responsibility of their mistakes. Managers in Fort McMurray don't have any qualifications or any background to justify their job positions, they still have their positions for unknown reasons. They don't want to recognize that people need to be recognize for their hard work and sacrifice to achieve of this great company.
Right now, Nalco Management at the headquarters in US must take actions, otherwise, Nalco will start losing business and customers sooner rather than later.
