Account Manager (Current Employee) – Alberta – 1 January 2017
Started after the merger with Champion Technologies. Good benefits, and have great technical resources from within the company. However, after the merger there seems to be a purge going on internally that unfortunately has gotten rid of a lot of good people and kept arguably the worst. It seems like selling as much BS to your manager in order to move up is the current trend within the company rather than actually focusing on the customer.
The worst part is that middle management is the most guilty of this and it's unfortunate because I think it'll ultimately have a very negative impact on the company.
The company still have it's upsides but it's quickly becoming worse as time goes on.
