As Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the marketing activities for Nakisa’s HCM and Financials product portfolios. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will craft the messaging and positioning for the entire product portfolio. You will oversee the product marketing lifecycles and conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand. You will develop in-depth market knowledge and build a strategic network to gain maximum exposure for the Nakisa solutions. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial. As Product Marketing Manager you will be the expert in the buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the sales channel to achieve commercial success.
-Working in close alignment with the Product Management team, oversee the entire product marketing lifecycle in line with company objectives
-Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products in the market
-Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales enablement tools that support the selling process of your products
-Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
-Through market intelligence, be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria and on your competition and how to crush them
-Build strategic networks with key influencers and key partners (including SAP)
-Develop compelling positioning and offerings for identified target markets and industries
-Develop the value proposition, strategy and advise on the marketing programs that will drive demand for your products
-Oversee Nakisa resources, the Nakisa website and Nakisa’s web presence
-5+ years of hands-on and strategic software product marketing management experience
-Bachelor’s in business or marketing. Master’s degree or MBA a definite plus.
-Experience in all phases of product marketing from product definition to launch and sales support, preferably at a market-leading enterprise software provider
-Expertise in communicating with and influencing customers, prospects, analysts, and internal executive management
- “Content capable” – must be able to learn, grasp and communicate relevant technologies, understand key differentiators and drive clear and compelling marketing messages to all relevant stakeholders
-Ability to work and collaborate in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
-Experience with SAP and/or Enterprise HR or Financials software a definite plus
-Very strong written communication skills and outstanding presentation and speaking skills
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, SharePoint and website management
-Excellent people management and communication skills
