We are looking for an HR Talent Management process expert to join the Product Management team at Nakisa. The incumbent will aid and assist the product team members in the evaluation of product requirements in the Human Capital Management space. Nakisa offers several HCM solutions, notably Talent Management, Succession Planning, Organizational Chart, and Goals and Performance. The incumbent should have a strong desire, as well as a strong predisposition, to work in technology.
Capturing detailed requirements and expanding to ensure that engineers understand all requirements & develop a product that is uniform and easily used by customers with minimal training
Daily follow up with development team throughout the complete development lifecycle (scrums – daily stand ups, bug scrums, sprint goal tracking & management)
Handling CR’s, new feature requirements for product owner approval.
Tracking and management of commitments to Professional Services.
Preparing functional and technical training content and providing training to the trainers
Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation
Working with the product manager, internal and external evangelist for product line
Working with Software QA & Test teams to ensure that Nakisa products are of the highest quality and easily used out of the box
Touch points include software development, global alliances and marketing, professional services
Overall responsibility for how the Nakisa products work from a user point of view
Performing research on competitive products usability and other topics
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Marketing training a major asset.
Minimum 5 years experience in an HR Generalist or Talent Management function, preferably in a software company, with business development process experience and good knowledge of how software works
Experience and knowledge of web-based Graphics User Interface design & usability is an asset
Experience reviewing, understanding and interpreting business documents
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively
Ability to multitask
Ability to coordinate people and activities across multiple functional areas
Highly motivated and passionate individual capable of motivating others
