The Sales Administrator will be responsible processing orders and order changes, shipment tracking and coordination with the Service Centre to ensure on time order deliveries. This position will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries regarding status of shipments and orders as well as providing weekly/monthly projects to the Finance Department.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to prepare financial / management reports and conduct financial analysis
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
· Must have strong organizational skills, able to meet deadlines and operate with a high level of accuracy
· A sound working knowledge of information systems
· Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Excel and other MS Suite applications
