PROGRAM COORDINATOR/COMMUNICATIONS CLERK

Responsibilities

Member Services
To coordinate and facilitate Member Services programs, including CCP and CEE, deliver customer service reflective of the NHPC culture and provide Member Services Team Support.

Communications
To post online advertising and provide customer service reflective of the NHPC culture.

Duties

Member Services
Member Services Programs
- Coordinate and facilitate the CCP Audit Program
- Data entry
- Review and processing of program submissions
- Coordination of program documents and mailouts
- Processing of application payments, as required
- Facilitation of membership expiry for non-compliant members
- Annual review of Member Services Programs
- Work in collaboration with other NHPC teams, as required

Insurance Industry Service
- Liaison to Industry Relations Manager
- Respond to insurance company inquiries regarding membership, including phone, fax and email
- Coordinate and manage membership lists provided to insurance companies, in collaboration with quality assurance
- Handle all insurance inquiries and complaints forwarded by the membership and general public, including phone, fax and email
- Track and report all insurance inquiries, complaints and issues and immediately report any changes in claims or insurance policies

Customer Service
- Primary contact for Member Services Programs, including phone, fax and email
- Reception coverage, as required

Member Services Team Support
There is an understanding in Member Services that all members will pitch in, as required, to ensure that our members get the best possible service. Providing support to our other team members is essential to the success of the association and the well being of our members.

Communications
Online Advertising
- Post text ads and images for course, jobs and classifieds to the NHPC website
- Process and enter payments into accounting using Quickbooks
- Process advertising order forms

Communications Customer Service
- Answer inquiries from advertisers through phone and email in a timely manner
- Email receipts to advertisers
