Mandatory Requirements:
- Min 2 yrs (in last 5) - as an IM Admin responsible for analysis of information holdings for Fed Government
- Min 2 yrs - as an IM Admin working with Excel spreadsheets
- Min 2 yrs - as an IM Admin creating ad hoc reports for senior management
Assets:
- Recent experience (in last 5 yrs) - conducting file inventories, inspections and reviews, applying appropriate retention and disposition guidelines and, creating record profiles in electronic and paper media - Canada IM standards
- Recent experience (in last 5 yrs) - reviewing files/ lists prepared for transfer to off-site storage, Library of Archives Canada (LAC), disposition, and document shredding ensuring accuracy and correct designation of information
