a typical day at work would consist of starting shift and changing day shift to night shift, counting till, inventory count set up bar tools.
i learned strong management skills i leanrned to work solo and handle good and bad situations on my own.
there was not very strong mangagement in this bar witch is unlikely because a bar has alot of legal worries ect. i took on the management roll after 1 month of employment.
co-wokers were very friendly, hardworking and organized.
the hardest part was not having good management support.
i enjoyed meeting knew people, training employees and the busy part of the bar.
