My Design Studio, an independent Décor Studio located in Toronto, is seeking a Décor Administrator that will provide exceptional service to new Low Rise residential and condominium homeowners and our many builder clients. Projects vary from entry level to luxury homes.
Customer focused with the ability to interface with internal/external customers.
Have excellent written and verbal communications.
Detail orientated and able to multi-task with little supervision.
Greet homeowner and introduce them the appropriate design consultant.
Liaison between the Design Consultants and our builder’s construction sites and the homeowners.
Schedule first appointments (structural if required) in priority order using the respective production schedule for the relevant site.
Prioritize time sensitive deadlines and effectively schedule appointments that require immediate attention.
Prepare purchasers files with appropriate drawings of floor, pre-plan model options, check lists, kitchen layout, bank pre-approvals etc.
Answer and filter all calls and messages for the Décor Studio’s Consultants as well as incoming call from the construction site, our builders.
Follow up on pending issues with consultants and homeowners in order that paperwork gets processed.
Maintain the inventory list of all products in the Décor Studio.
Review final customers extras orders for accuracy, prepare file to be submitted to our builder client.
Maintain an immaculate and organized décor center and office environment.
Skills & Education
Minimum five years previous décor center experience in new residential and condominium construction.
Relevant post-secondary diploma or degree required.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) experience required.
Valid Driver’s License required.
