Associate (Current Employee) – Arthur, ON – 28 October 2016
Job expectations are reasonable, you are expected to come to work and work. Benefits are great, good incentives. New Sr. Production Managemer and HR Manager is great. Cafeteria serves good food, not vegan anymore! Fair starting wage for Production. The people are very friendly.
Benefits, incentives, free lunch once a month. Monthly bonus based on Quality
Manager (Former Employee) – Arthur, ON – 27 June 2015
From 2005 to 2008, amazing place to work with excellent management and employee recognition. Started to go downhill and after major changes to upper mgmt, working atmosphere became consistently worse. HR no longer cares about its employees which is unfortunate :(
Production (Former Employee) – Arthur – 6 July 2014
The most chaotic working environment I've ever been in. Mass firings, verbally abusive management & missing wages are the norm for this place. If you have any self respect avoid this place at all costs.
Indifferent management, Ineffective Human Resources, Obsolete equipment & Very little training.
CNC Machinist (Former Employee) – Arthur, ON – 11 June 2014
Pretty terrible place to work, and depressing as well. Most of the people who work there are bitter and miserable and bring your mood down. Management is quick to find blame, and almost never shows recognition or appreciation for a job well done. If you don't mind being treated like a nobody, the pay is reasonably good...but if you have any self-respect you might be better off looking elsewhere for employment. Job security is very poor as people get let go by the dozens here.

Good pay and benefits. Most coworkers are awesome but offers only vegan food no vending machines. No pop or milk eggs or meat. Seems to be very good at telling you that your good but never good enough.
Pay and benefits
Long hours, forced cafeteria being treated like a number
