Maintenance Technician (Current Employee), March, ONOctober 2, 2014
Independent workplace - people tend to keep to themselves
Safety is sometime pushed to the side and held together by zip ties!

Seek Employment Elsewhere!
Production (Former Employee), ArthurJuly 6, 2014
Pros: decent wage
Cons: indifferent management, ineffective human resources, obsolete equipment & very little training.
The most chaotic working environment I've ever been in. Mass firings, verbally abusive management & missing wages are the norm for this place. If you have any self respect avoid this place at all costs.

No recognition or appreciation
CNC Machinist (Former Employee), Arthur, ONJune 11, 2014
Pros: free monthly luncheon, wage and benefits
Cons: poor management, low morale, poor job security, unfriendly co-workers
Pretty terrible place to work, and depressing as well. Most of the people who work there are bitter and miserable and bring your mood down. Management is quick to find blame, and almost never shows recognition or appreciation for a job well done. If you don't mind being treated like a nobody, the pay is reasonably good...but if you have any self-respect – more... you might be better off looking elsewhere for employment. Job security is very poor as people get let go by the dozens here. – less

Pros: pay and benefits
Cons: long hours, forced cafeteria being treated like a number
Good pay and benefits. Most coworkers are awesome but offers only vegan food no vending machines. No pop or milk eggs or meat. Seems to be very good at telling you that your good but never good enough.

Parts Associate (Former Employee), Arthur, ONOctober 7, 2013
Pros: catered lunches once a month
Cons: long hours and rotating shifts
A typical day at work at Musashi was doing the same job task over and over again which was doing quality inspection of car parts.

I learned about Camshafts and the role they had in the engine of cars.

Management was pretty good but sometimes I found them not so organized.

I liked most of my co-workers they were easy going and laid back.

The hardest – more... part of the job with Musashi was the long hours and the shifts sometimes and some of the people. Some of the Co- workers were rude.

The most enjoyable part of the job was that job was fairly easy and some of the people were very friendly and nice to work with. – less

At Musashi there are many challenges, it has a fast paced environment and a lot going on. most in house work is chained so you need to work in a team environment and with others.

Manufacturing
Assembly line worker (Former Employee), Arthur, ONJuly 3, 2012
Clean Manufacturing facility, located in a small town. Typical atmosphere of a manufacturer. Co-workers were great, employee appreciation was good - excellent social committee.
