Are you looking for a rewarding job in the customer service, records management, and administrative and data entry clerical support?
The MD of Bonnyville's Finance & Administration Department is looking for someone who enjoys working daily with the public by telephone and in-person as well as through the receipting of payments, is comfortable working with Microsoft Windows software, has a passion for paper and electronic records storage and archiving, and enjoys providing administrative clerical support.
The roll of the position includes in-person and telephone front line customer service for the organization, receive payments and issue receipts, maintenance and reconciliation of cash receipt batches in the cash receipting system, distribution and reconciliation of petty cash, provide assistance to maintain the office filing system, and provide administrative and data entry clerical support for Administration Office team.
As an ideal candidate, you will be able to work individually or in a team environment. Existing experience in the above noted duties would be an asset. The MD offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
