Typical day at work for me was driving in traffic to Richmond Hill, then getting to work and immediately starting work.
My supervisor was a micro manager who interrupted me every 5-15 minutes for unimportant or irrelevant/not urgent things. Unfortunately he was the worst part of my job, as the job itself was fun and I enjoyed it. But he was immature and couldn't handle stress so he would either go on a rampage or ignore you for days at a time. He made my time there very stressful to the point I had to speak to HR about it.
The environment was fun, the company provided catered lunches on Fridays plus groceries on Mondays and Wednesdays. They have massage chairs and table tennis in the lunch room, plus free soda/coffee and cheap snack machines. We were given lots of fun swag.
Unfortunately there is a high turnover as management frequently let staff go, with little to no warning.
Free Lunches, good benefits, fun atmosphere
Long Hours, unrealistic work expectations, poor communication, manipulative management
