JOB TITLE: Food Counter Attendant (8 Positions) / Kitchen Helper (4 Positions)

DESCRIPTION: A Burrito Maestro is an integral part of our restaurant. Working as part of
a team you will ensure that customers are serviced in a courteous, accurate, timely manner, by preparing fresh Mexican food while maintaining a clean and sanitary environment and while ensuring that customer service is the number one priority.

 Provide second to-none customer service
 Prepare all Mucho burrito menu items according to the Operations Manual
 Maintain a clean and sanitary environment
 Maintain adequate levels of prepared foods to meet the sales demand of the restaurant
 Work together as a unit and assist each other for the common goal, which is to service our customers to the utmost ability.
 To ensure each and every customer leaves our restaurant with a respectful and pleasant experience. To ensure each and every customer is inspired by our menu and the flavors we have to offer

 Product knowledge (received in training)
 Ability to follow company policies and procedures
 Able to work evenings and weekends
 Able to operate restaurant equipment i.e.; ovens, industrial blender, POS system, knives etc…

 Ability to multi-task
 Organizational skills
 Be able to work in a fast paced environment
 Be able to take direction well
 Verbal and written communication

 Enthusiastic and positive
 Independently minded and self-directed

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift, Overtime, Weekend, Day, Evening
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements: Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Food Safe Certificate – considered asset but not mandatory
Experience: On job training
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Type of Equipment: Deep fryer, Grill, Cash register
Work Setting: Fast food, Restaurant


40 - 44 hours/week
