Customer Care Representative, Calgary, AB - 25 January 2017
Sadly, I would come in to work with a frown. I was in the Customer Care department, I noticed people around me would also hate their job. The bosses are terrible. Basically no training is done and they expect you to know all the answers at once. Yelling is number one thing to do in this department. Sadly, a very disorganized company and you can tell by all the complaints that come in everyday.
