Technician (Current Employee) – Dieppe, NB – 18 April 2017
Typical day would be starting off with talking and then the first few cars would come in and we would do what is required of us, that typical was asking the customer if they wanted a beverage and a paper. Then we would proceed to check all fluids and filters accessible to us and show the customer our findings and help them decided on the best course of action.
Everyday is fun, other than the super busy day, its really hard for everything first started, but after a month you will get into it, and start enjoy the work. Hardest part for the job is sometimes its not you fault but when you touch the vehicle, all yours and you have to deal with it, and always have to do cleaning, but thats one part i like and i dont, Because some workers never do cleaning and made a mess and you have to deal with it,

Automotive advisor (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 12 January 2017
people work there are just awful. Most of the employees have 0 knowledge on automotive, and they do not know what they are talking to the customers. Their recommendation service is base upon the service manual which is manipulated by the owner.
The employees are good at step on you for their own benefits and make money for them.

Mr lube is a lovely place to work at, you work on cars the customers are always happy and talkative and almost never do you have a problems with anyone. A typical day at Mr lube would be cars coming in to get an oil change and while they get an oil change the upper technician (such as myself) checks the cabin air filters, air filters, check transmission fluids, and basic check ups on the car and recommend to the customer and whether they want to change it or not you can either do the service or put it in the recommendations for them for the next time they come in.
Excellent crew to work with and free pizza every meeting
Automotive Technician (Current Employee) – London, ON – 26 February 2016
Everyday you get to learn something new about different cars. It might be the same thing you did the previous day on a car but it will be different. The team is very friendly and is always there to lend a hand. Manager is a great trainer and helps you do your best.
Service Technician (Former Employee) – Calgary, AB – 8 October 2015
The manager at the Memorial location was a dishonest woman who always pressured sales on people without providing actual knowledge to the customer about their purchase. She'd often get irate if you wouldn't push the sale. I had problems with lying to customers and would often prefer to help a customer, rather than rip them off.
