Job was good. Learned quite a lot from the company. Management is good but lot of politics. Co-workers were very helpful and friendly. Timings and work pressure. Friend and team mates were the best part.

Cons: odd and long hours at work
My daily work starts at 3.00 PM and ends at 12.00 midnight. This creates social problems for my family. presently I am working with KPO of the company and this field does not have future scope for growth. Salaries are very low at this company and management is not offering equivalent pays for the work. Co- workers at this company are always not permanent – more... as such can not define that.
