overall good learning experience .. full time day job... learned on QTP, HP QC, manual/regression testing and basics on loadrunner testing. team members were very cooperative in all the sense.. had a good environment to work!!!

GOOD EXPERIANCE AND COLLEGES ARE GOOD HARDEST THING IN JOB IS TO ANSWERING ACCURATE ANSWER TO CUST IN A SINGLE SHORT,WHEN CUST ARE ASKING STRAIGHT FORWARD QUEST THAT IS ENJOYBLE,IN COFFE BREAK WE ENJOYED A LOT WITH OUR COLLEGES.

At the begining i found some difficult to work but now am feeling easy to work....I learned about work culture .....Management is well....
there is a friendliness among us during work.....i enjoyed allot at the moment....

- management is full of politicians, particularly the healthcare unit
- favoritism is wide-spread, again a good example is promotions given in healthcare dept
- healthcare leadership is very weak, unable to make good decision. he has not grown the account and infact reduced it by mis-managing people.

In Mphasis we can more knowledge from our manager they used help at any of difficulty and they promote us form a good team on the floor

The day at Mphasis started with work review meeting amongst the team members and our Team Lead assigning us the tasks for the day. I was given the opportunity to update the weekly progress report during the managerial meetings. The job also involved a lot of documentation work.

As a Delivery Trainee Software Engineer, I was trained by the Foundation – more... Server team to work under various operating systems and perform several test cases to verify whether the Server is performing as per the design expectations.

My colleagues helped me get trained with respect to all the test cases and always answered my doubts without any problems.

The hardest part of the job was, when sometimes we had to stay back in the office until 2 AM or 3 AM in the morning and make sure the task is complete and we are making progress as per required by the Company. – less
