The company help me growth with my hard work and ability. If you perform you would get recognition. This was all possible cause I had a good manager.

I was managing a team 3 members and we were migrating a project with a total revenue of $ 25 billion.

As a team we always enjoyed our daily activities and work. We have everyday review calls with the clients and report presentations to the stake holders.

Good to work the management was very helpful. Good oppotunites, good growth.

install software on requested computers
ship out and co ordinate with other vendors the installation of computers

At many times I was frustrated by corporate strategies that were not aligned to my location. Managers would call at 2 a.m for a non-critical chat. Required to work almost every weekend. One manager would show up on conference calls and sounded drunk on more than one occassion.

nothing as such to mention apart from the compensation part. I have not been happy with it during my tenure here.

I have learned DB and HTML after getting in to the project.
Everyday is a new learning here
Management is okay.
Co-workers are friendly in my project and also supportive.
The hardest part is when we miss the bug and someone finds in client qa.

In the beginning stage, i was worse in communication. Later, i improved my English and how to communicate with others..... My co-workers is really excellent people, and lovable, friendly......The most enjoyable part of the job is shift time and colleagues.....I worked in bangalore, Millenia towers.

I had a good time at Emphasis.I used to work in shifts.I learned a lot working in Emphasis.I learnt how to handle a client and give them the support to thier problems.Emphasis management was very good.They help all thier employees and they are very co operative.I had very good colleagues who had helped me a lot.I had very good experience in Emphasis.
