Great Company to work in.

The two thing it lacks is strategic vision and financial focus in everything they do. Hopefully the new SLT will put an end to this.

This was the company I joined after I graduated from college and have been here for about 15 years. Overall, it's been a great company to work in. Almost all of my technical skills were acquired from this company.

My team deals with the distribution of prototype phones, tablets and accessories. Hundreds of units pass through our hands daily. I love staying busy and there is never a dull moment.

Motorola Mobility provided me a stable job for 8 years, however I found that compensation for my position compared to other similar companies was on the low end, and there was not much room to advance.

• Tested the feature of Motorola smart phone both manually and automatically. Designed plans to ensure that the products operate efficiently with all hardware and software systems
• Using RSD Lite to flash the tested mobile phone. Through executing test cases in Test Central and manual exploration test to find bugs in device. Took logs from different – more... aspects to support defect conditions discovered, and raised CR in JIRA defect tracking system.
• Set up automation lab in Linux environment, executed test in device with Python, finished daily report by analyzing the result and reading the logs.
