Morrison Homes is looking for a New Home Sales Assistant to join our team in Calgary.
- Be fully versed on specification inclusions for each community and the options potential and new homeowner have available to them
- Meet and liaise with customers and new homeowners and assist them throughout the home purchase process
- Report to and work with the Area Manager to provide excellent customer service
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- Strong customer service skills
- Sales or customer service experience would be an asset
- Self motivated and hardworking individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deal with sensitive situations in a discreet and respectful manner and able to work with confidential information
- Well organized, detail oriented and the ability to multi-task and coordinate the various activities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively, take initiative as well as work well within a team environment and actively participate in team meetings
- Demonstrated ability to identify and recommend various options available to the customer
- Maintain and promote a positive image of Morrison Homes and Discovery homes by providing a high caliber of professional service and by dealing with professional communities and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
Compensation – Commission based
