- Experience in the food and/or retail industry is a must. A minimum of 2 years retail experience is required.
- Must be able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment, must be able to work well under pressure. This includes:
Barista experience - making specialty hot and cold beverages
Selling and serving high end confections.
Work with POS and cash handling
Inventory control and expiry sweep of product
Quality control of fresh made products
Packaging all confections
Communication of par levels for ordering forecasts
Keeping work area tidy, keeping store detailed and clean
Must be available to work 4 days minimum out of 7
- Customer service oriented position for someone who wants a challenge. A lot of product knowledge to learn and retain.
- Must have open communication and must be able to work as a team.
