RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations
Hiring , training , coaching and discipline sales staff
Managing staff schedules with labor budgets and executing pay roll
Customer service, ensuring all customer service needs are met and complaints are resolved in a timely manner
Execute custom orders and e-commerce fulfillment
Directly responsible for administrative duties while being a part of sales
Participate in product development and research
Assist with creation of marketing campaigns and corporate sales
Maintain positive and effective communication with the Head Pastry Chef/ Chocolatier
Maintain the boutique to the companies brand standards , overseeing packaging and merchandising
Set sales goals with well planned business strategies. Achieve and exceed revenue targets
Monitor and control expenses for inventory and product levels in the boutique, stock rooms and all storage facilities with meticulous record keeping
Manage boutique vendors and suppliers, sourcing new ones where needed.

SKILLS
*5 years experience in retail
*minimum 2 years experience in food retail management
*strong organizational skills and time management a must
*flexible work scedule
*POS and computer skills required
*Chocolate knowledge a must!
