I worked at Morneau Shepell for a 4 month co-op placement. It was a full time job where I learned a lot of computer skills including Microsoft Office and how to work well in a professional office environment. My co-workers varied in age, back-ground, and roles in the office, so I learned to appreciate everything that each individual contributed. I really enjoyed working in Microsoft office designing spreadsheets and drafting reports.

In implementation team, balance work/life is pretty bad. It is a one way road... you give your best and this company does not give back. Absolutely no management, you're on your own.

Great people; no long term vision or process development
SENIOR CLIENT MANAGER (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON11 November 2017
The company expanded very fast, but the processes and the methodology remained at the “mom-and-pop” level. The large scale projects are saved by the heroics of the people implementing them. The benefits offered are behind the industry average.
