Replace and be the back up to the receptionist (answer and redirect calls, greet visitors, prepare and distribute mail)
Data entry for various departments
Filing for various departments
Order office supplies
Verification of orders, transport, quotations etc
Assist other employees with administrative tasks and projects
2-3 years experience in an office
Fast learner, flexible and organized
Bilingual (speaking and writing)
