Job title: Administrative assistant

Reporting to: Accounting and ownership

Salary: TBD

Hours: Full -Time Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Corporate office to five of the most successful restaurants in Montreal is hiring an administrative assistant. We offer a friendly and professional environment and are eager to expand our team. The candidate must have great communication skills, software skills, and interpersonal skills and is detail oriented.

Key responsibilities & duties

- Answering Phones
- Reservations
- Office work ( filling, running errands, receiving mail etc)
- Ad hoc projects
- Customer service ( emails, complaints, client inquires)
- Other administrative tasks as required

Work experience ,skills , Education

- Bilingual
- Customer service experience
- Quick learner
- Organized (the ability to organize and prioritize work effectively)
- Software skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to manage time
- Administrative degree or certificate is an asset
