Sales Representative - For a growing Food Manufacturing Plant that is recognized for providing superior products and exceptional service.
Your primary role is to manage a book of business and leverage your relationship management skills to ensure excellent service delivery leading to customer satisfaction and retention.
You will have strong leadership and organizational skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, clients, cross-functional teams, and working in a challenging and rewarding environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Development and enhancement of client relationships and business growth
Retain and grow the assigned book of business
Maintain excellent understanding of products and the competitive landscape of customers
Manage large complex accounts - internally and externally
Proactively identify and engage opportunities to grown business
Develop key account plans for assigned accounts; implement account strategy
Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets
Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders and team members to ensure the successful delivery of products to customers
Investigate, track and resolve customer concerns; identify trends and implement solutions
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and work teams
Ensure optimal client feedback to Production teams and other departments with regard to product requirements and enhancements
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in sales
Bachelors Degree in Business or related discipline
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Proven leadership and ability to drive sales team
Excellent, communication, interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite
