A company with roles well-defined but sometimes with deficient systems.
Pros: i had the freedom to create strategies different from those that had been done previously.
Cons: the area of marketing in the company was very small, therefor i learn so much in a short period of time.
First it was a very pleasant place to work, this, because the physical conditions and office spaces, plus the people who worked there was well prepared and with good intentions to deliver good results and build relationships. Each person had clear and well defined responsibilities, all with deathlines which had to fulfill according to the relevance of the task. I learned a lot because it was a completely different industry than I had worked; products, channels, processes, launches, advertising were very different from those of another FMCG company where i had worked, this in turn favored to my learning because i could apply and develop new and better strategies that will engage in this other type of consumer. Without any doubt, a great place to work.
