Nurse Team leader and fleet administrator (Former Employee) – Centurion, Gauteng – July 1, 2016
My typical day at work consisted of 20-30 phone calls from nurses with problems or technical issues that needed immediate attention. I also handled client queries and complaints on a daily basis. Monitoring of company vehicles and taking action when vehicles were misused. I learnt to multi task and to work under extreme pressure. The hardest part of the job was to keep sight of all 54 nurses and to get to all of them as they were all spread out over the country. The most enjoyable part of the job was to get the compliments from clients and brokers at the end of the months financial close off on how we as a team did what was expected and exceeded expectations.
my first job and must say i'm loving sales and enjoy working with people who are willing to teach and let us grow within the company.I came as an intern in this company and my first job ever! but for the time Ihave been here I have really learned a lot about the industry and myself as an individual.A great management team and co workers, we have fun together and build good lasting relationships as this also is a reqiurement in our line of work.

I have a very close relationship with my colleagues because we help each other in times of need and motivate each other about work and our personal lives.
own schudule of working hours, pay for performance
The laptops we used to capture client details were smart laptops. The Lenovo Thinkpad. The department I was working for was still new and they were very accomodative. Took a huge risk on individuals with no work experience.

Overcoming challenges, as an adviser was always stressful but at the same time fun because after solving or overcoming the challenge one was able to learn from that challenge and laugh how things turned out to be. Experiencing being a financial adviser was always good interacting with people helping them with their financial needs and adding value to their lives.

A company with an inclusive environment. Colleagues are approachable and friendly. Big company, so not everyone gets along or really knows one another, but respect is still key in the company's workplace environment.
