Mobiroo is currently hiring Inside Sales Representatives who will target and grow our portfolio of clients by prospecting OEMs, Carriers and Retailers. The focus will be on targeting and landing new accounts as well as managing existing accounts. - Identify and prospect opportunities to build long-term strategic relationships with carriers, retailers, handset manufacturers and mobile app developers
- Daily outbound cold calls to warm leads and dormant accounts to cultivate relationships that ensure long-term customer retention and future sales opportunities.
- Beginning the sales cycle and creating leads for the business development team
- Provide detailed account information on both prospects and customers by using CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline for accurate forecasting of revenue.
- Provide technical and account related support to customers
- Other support duties as assigned
- Very strong computer skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Tech Savvy: Knowledge of the mobile space, apps and the general tech industry
- High-energy, self-starter with strong interpersonal, strong analytical and research skills, very resourceful
- Organized with ability to multi-task
- Communicates effectively in English, both verbally and in written form
- Must be able to prioritize work load with emphasis on attention to detail
- Experience in an inside sales role, preferably in technology, marketing or advertising.
- Strategic approach to selling into established as well as inactive accounts, ability to provide total client solutions, not just one product/service.
- Highly developed skills in prospecting, cold calling, objection handling and closing skills, excellent probing skills.
- Knowledgeable with mobile devices (Blackberry devices and Android devices)
