We currently have openings for Corporate Customer Care Agents. These are opportunities that are tailored for a serious person who wants to directly contribute to the growth of our organization. We provide competitive compensation package.
Candidates MUST HAVE experience in the Wireless Industry (carriers or authorized dealers) with a strong focus on corporate accounts.

As a Corporate Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible to support our clients with requests from employees about their mobile needs.
To qualify for a position, you must have experience working at one of the wireless service provider in Canada, preferably with corporate accounts. Your past working experiences providing outstanding customer service experience speak by itself. Bilingualism is essential and you must be fluent in both French and English (speaking and writing).

You are passionate about telecom and technology, but most importantly customer service. You’ve shown outstanding results in the past serving clients and have demonstrated autonomous abilities. Although you’ve learned a lot working in large corporations, you would consider smaller companies because of their personalized approach.
