The Opportunity

Our Winnipeg office has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and well-organized individual to join our team as a Consulting Support Specialist. The successful candidate will assist MNP’s Consulting Partners to prepare proposals and presentations, train administrative support staff, compile research, and perform executive tasks including schedule management and travel arrangements. This position requires an ability to deliver senior-level administrative support with a high level of professionalism and exceptional client service.

The Candidate

As the successful candidate, you will have 5 or more years of senior-level administrative experience including the ability to generate a variety of professional documents and correspondence. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven ability to conduct and consolidate research, present survey data in charts and/or matrices, and prepare presentations for an executive audience. In addition, you have a strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and above-average interpersonal and communication skills. Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) are essential. Previous experience in a professional services environment working with a variety of clients is preferred.
