DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
We are currently seeking an experienced oilfield Surveyor to join our team. The Surveyor will be working scheduled rotations in northern Alberta on various as-built, boundary and legal projects. The Surveyor is responsible for the operation of the total station and GPS systems and the reporting of the information obtained. The Surveyor will also be responsible for the supervision of the Field Assistant on his/her crew.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Geomatics technical diploma
  • 2 – 3 years Alberta oilfield survey experience
  • Minimum 1 year of RTK operation and troubleshooting (Leica preferred)
  • Total station operation experience
  • GPS data processing
  • Network Adjustments
  • ATV/Snowmobile experience
  • CAD operating experience an asset
  • Safety certificates an asset (First Aid, H2S, WHMIS, ATV Rider, Bear Awareness, etc...)
