Pros: the company as a whole really cares about their employees
Cons: corporate needed to have a designated hr person for each branch to oversee conflict resolution
A typical day would be better if the previous owner would be encouraged to leave the company, because he was abusive to all of his employees, cursing everyone out on a daily basis, always interrupting your work flow, or interfering on projects and in inventory making it difficult to be able to build and maintain good working relations with existing clients and prospective clients. The most enjoyable part was when corporate stepped in and order he work out in the field pulling in some prospective new clients to help bring in revenue increasing h=the bottom line for the company. They brought in an operations manager that encouraged us to have an open dialog with him and each other to help us to be able to perform our daily duties as well as build and maintain good relations with clients, vendors and coworkers.
