Miratel Solutions is an inbound/outbound call centre, eCommerce and letter shop mail house located in North York (down the street from York University). We are currently looking for motivated individuals to bring their best and deliver exceptional customer service on behalf of our clients who represent some of Canada’s largest charitable organizations. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work within our fast-paced and dynamic Call Centre and Letter Shop Fulfillment House performing tasks such as: inbound donation/lottery ticket order capture, inbound customer service, outbound follow up and courtesy calls, mail order batching/sorting, data entry and order validation.
Ideal candidates must possess the following skills/talents: excellent verbal & written proficiency in English; computer/keyboarding ability with a minimum of 30 wpm; good communication skills with a natural aptitude for customer service; friendly disposition and an enthusiasm for helping people.
Our call centre is open 7 x 24 x 365 so our shifts are varied and include days, evenings & weekends. As such, we require candidates to be flexible with their work availability and maintain a minimum of 25 hours worked per week.
Our starting rate of pay is $10.25 per hour and we offer comprehensive training and competitive remuneration with premiums and bonuses paid based on assigned task. We also offer a rewarding performance-based incentive plan and merit rate increases.
A second language is an asset but not required.
