.The balance between YOUR PERSONAL LIFE and work ......What Personal life????You are on an forever rotating schedule, you have to "Bid" on what schedule you want which ultimately depends on what rank you are, which depends on how many APPLE CARE'S you sell to cx(customers) (short code they use) lets – more... just says the more apple cares(insurances) you sell the better for you!
A TYPICAL DAY AT WORK- Take inbound calls from irate customers, complaining about iPhone, iPad, iMacs, Macpros,Macairs, etc..TRY and calm them down Pitch them to by applecare(which can range from*($29-300) if customers decline charge them$19 if still no $ end the call. repeating the same thing over, and over, and over all day everyday 100-200 calls saying the sames things "Thanks for calling Apple my name is____ May I have your name please?x100more times VERY ANNOYING!
WHAT YOU LEARNED-I have learned that TOP DOLLAR company's does not give a DARN about you, your life, family, school, NOTHING, except selling and making $$$ for their company
MANAGEMENT-No one is on 1 accord, you can ask 1 simple question and get 10 different answers from the "management", they definitely show favoritism some TL's are cool but for the most part Full Of S*%#
THE HARDEST PART OF THE JOB-Selling Apple cares to people who don't want to buy them to practically beg for the money
THE MOST ENJOYABLE PART-- Your Co-Workers! Majority of everyone gets along, funny, cool, Drama free(mostly),Laid back people
SUMMARY-The pay is not worth the MENTAL drain this job has on you sitting in front of a computer 8-10hrs a day repeating the same words, steps all day long as if your a robot NOT WORTH IT($10.00 you will never have a social life, and in the beginning during the hiring process its never said that its basically a sales position but believe me ITS SALES! NO APPLE CARE'S = NO JOB!(they don't understand when some people say NO, it means NO, they want you to continue to ask for$)The best part of this job is the environment(co-workers) there are 3 ways to get fired from there 1. Cell phones 2. Schedules Adherence(Being late) 3. Low apple care sales
So yes that means Perfect attendance + never having phone out - the No apple care sales= No JOB
