  • Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
  • Answer inquiries, and resolve complex problems.
  • Requires extensive knowledge of company, products, and/or services.
  • Require advanced problem solving
  • Requires extensive organization skills to track and chase various parties for resolution in a timely manner
  • Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
  • Strong analytical ability to resolve complex problems, gather and interpret data from different sources and to complete assigned tasks and projects.
  • Receives and places telephone calls, e-mails and faxes with the assistance of a computerized system.
  • Farming background - understand farming applications, planting, cultivating, spraying and harvesting processes.
  • Strong technical skills relating to farm machinery repairs, non-ATS related (electrical, hydraulic, transmission)
  • Strong computer skills and interest in advanced technology in relation to precision farming in-cab components and telemetric.
