Based at the Canadian Head Office in Vancouver, BC the position requires a ‘hands on role’ in all aspects of the financial control of the business.
The company specialises in sheet metal production and electrical assembly and is part of a privately owned multi-national Group with head offices in USA.
The position reports directly to the Managing Director.
Specific duties include the control of Purchase, Sales and Nominal ledgers, controlling product costing systems, arranging weekly and monthly payroll and preparing monthly Management Accounts with other Group reporting requirements.
Working 8:30 – 5:00 5 days per week
Essential candidate requirements
The position requires someone who is IT literate with experience with Pegasus Opera and Operations (or similar) Software packages.
The successful candidate will Manage the company IT Systems and be involved in liaising with the independent IT Support company.
